Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Skill Unbox:
There may be instances where Skill Unbox is unable to process or accept an order and may need to cancel it. Skill Unbox has the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. This may include, but is not limited to, unavailability of the service or product, errors in pricing, or issues identified by our fraud and credit verification team. Additional verification or information may also be required before we proceed with your order. If your order is canceled or if we need more information, Skill Unbox will contact you.

Cancellation by the User:
If you request to cancel an order, Skill Unbox reserves the right to approve or deny the cancellation request for any reason. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled. The determination of whether an order has been processed is solely at the discretion of Skill Unbox, and you agree to accept our final decision regarding cancellations.

Refund Policy:
Due to the nature of our services, Skill Unbox does not offer a money-back policy. If you are not satisfied with any of our courses, you must contact our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the service. The customer service team will review your concern and take appropriate action.
Once payment is made, course fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
